Is this "Rapture" theory plausible? | There have been an increased number of twisters recently. A large number of people have been cremated into ashes and/or decomposed after being buried. Do you think they were chosen "Wizard of Oz" style?

Some Extreme Christian Fundamentalists say we have been/are in the "Rapture". | http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/us_mideast_usa_netanyahu (see timeline)

The "Overview" in the picture is standard prophecy doctrine in a lot of churches, but it has little practical value. Death, on the other hand, is quite likely for everyone and preparing for death makes a lot of sense.

May and June are the height of tornado season, so that's not really Rapture-like at all.

Personally, the "Rapture" is pretty much the modern version of a LARGE-scale "The boy who cried wolf".
