Best iPhone 4 car mount?

I'm looking for a car mount for my iPhone 4, preferably a windshield or dashboard mount. I really like the Luxa2 H5, but it's out of my price range. Is there anything you'd recommend for $30 or less? I need something that works with a case, which a lot seem not to for some reason.
