I'm on a Mac and I have started a life-stream, but I don't know what application to use that is the easiest to record the stream. I need to make sure it can capture the audio, and has the ability for me to only record a certain section of the screen. Thanks.

Why not use Ustream's built in recording options? Ustream allows you to start and stop recording from either the web based brodcaster, and even from Ustream's desktop app Ustream Producer. You could record locally using something like a screen capture software, or even QuickTime ( for higher quality ) but understand that you are now using YOUR own hard drive space. Why not record it on Ustream, using THEIR space for free?

Well, I want to be able to add it to YouTube, and I don't think USTREAM, as of now, enables the ability to download recorded videos. Plus, when I do want to use the streaming app, I have to stop and start the stream every time I want to record.
