My friend was really really scared and worried, before he passed his first semester, including the final exams also. But in the 2nd semester of the 4th six weeks he had a 67 in one class, we have only two six weeks left to go till we hit the summer. So what happens if you fail a 2nd Semester but passed the 1st semester? Thank you so much!!

If it's a necessary credit, he will have to take that class the first semester of next year.
I don't know how it works in your school, but in mine you need an x amount of credits to graduate. There are three levels of classes (Referred to as grade 10, 11, and 12 classes) and in order to get into a grade 11 class, you have to pass the grade 10 class, etc. If you don't have enough credits by the end of your third year, you don't graduate, and you have to go back as long as it takes.
Personally; I really slacked off last semester, and failed too many classes. I'm going to have to take a few grade 11 classes, next year, which will be my third year (Grade 12 year), and an extra class, because I would be one credit too short to graduate with my grade 12 class.
