[closed] Mac or PC, Which is better?

I have been using windows my whole life, and have little to none experience on Mac operating systems. I am looking to buy a laptop either a MacBook Pro or a PC Laptop. which operating system runs smoother, and overall which one would run better, I will mostly be using it to edit videos, and programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator. I am fine which switching to Mac programs because they are pretty similar. But I need to know which one runs smoother and has is better for editing video. Mac: Final Cut Pro, After Effects PC: Sony Vegas, After Effects. Thanks!
