Resizing an image from the iphone

I've got a question about resizing an image from an iphone. At the moment I do a lot of forum surfing on my iphone, but I have to wait til I get home to post images usually because I can't resize them. Does anyone know of an app that can reduce the dimensions of an image from the iphone? Something like iResize for the mac?
