RESOLVED

A while ago I had bridged my wireless connection with my LAN connection so that my xbox, which was wired to my computer via ethernet, could connect to the internet wirelessly.

This has worked for my year of using my xbox. Now that my Gold has ran out, and I have my new gaming rig, I wanted to know how to get off of this bridge.

When I try to delete the bridge, it goes away but I cannot reconnect to the internet via my computers wireless connection adapter and in my internet picture all I have is a Ethernet wire with a yellow caution symbol on it. Here is a picture of my "Network and Sharing Center" when I am on my network bridge.

This type of connection is preventing me from playing some games so I would really like to get off of it.

Thanks in advanced.

Try disconnecting from the wireless network and then reconnecting. Also, you should really put a encryption on your wireless internet.

I dont think you understand what I am saying. Once I delete my internet bridge it doesn't allow me to get on the internet. If I hover over my internet symbol with the yellow caution sign it says I am connected but It won't let me go on my internet.

As per the encryption, its not a big deal to me nobody around he is a bother.

How are you deleting it?

I was only disabling it before. Now I just found out how to disable it and it is all well now. Thanks for the help though.
