Try using complete sentences. Otherwise people will just look over your question. I don't even know how to edit this question to make sense.

Are you referring to copying something from say a USB in your primary OS into the virtual machine?

I sure don't want to meet your English teacher.

What program are you using to make the Virtual Machine? What OS are you running primarily? What is the OS running in the VM? These are questions that needed to be answered before I can help you.
