I run about 50 miles a week and I really like the recent LunarEclipse shoes that I got. They were a bit pricey, but they have very good support and amazing cushion. Another great pair that I like are the Free series. These shoes have very deep grooves on the bottom, and allow for a lot of movement. These shoes will basically form to your foot. I'm not sure if your looking for a running shoe, or just a normal shoe to wear, or even any other sports shoe that Nike makes. If you are looking for a running shoe, I recommend trying to find a running store around your town. Go in and just say that your looking for some running shoes, and particularly Nike brand. I've always had great customer service, they will measure your foot size. And if you want, they usually have a treadmill that you can run on, and they will determine what kind of pronation you have. This is another important step to getting a good fitting shoe. If you ask, they will usually let you take a run outside in the shoes, and make sure that the feel good on your feet and that you really like them. While I love the service at stores like these, sometimes the prices are a little expensive. If you are on a tight budget, you can usually find shoes a little cheaper online, just remember the model that you tried on. Also, from my experience, most of the nicer Nike running shoes cost a lot of money, the LunarEclipse pair that I am currently using costed around $130. One more important thing I should remind you of is replacing your shoes once they are worn out. This is usually somewhere between 300-500 miles depending on your running style. Unfortunately, I usually have to replace my running shoes about every 2 months or so. |

My Nikes that I wear most are the Nike Flex Runs' I use these to run and like them a lot; however, if I had one complaint if I run on gravel or even just though a field I end up picking up rocks stuck in the bottom and when you hit normal road again they almost slide across the ground until you pick out the rocks. |
