Software for Windows?

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knew a good webcam software for windows that is simillar to Photobooth. Been playing around with online ones all day but I want one I can use offline.

I'm also looking for a good photo editor that is Above Gimp but Below photoshop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

All webcam software that I've used on Windows seems to not work very well. However you can give Webcam Max a try, its not brilliant but the best thing I've found for Windows.

As far as photo editing software is concerned I'd recommend giving Paint.Net a try.

for the photo editor try photoscape its free and is very good at simple photo editing

Not looking for anything to simple.

I can't get gimp to load on my computer (either that or its just really slow) and photoshop is just way to pricy. Trying to get the middle ground so I can do cool effects and stuff.
