I have a 16GB iPhone 4. And over time, I have taken photos, videos, and put most of my music and apps on it. Then a few months ago, I had to select which songs go on the phone and had to delete photos and delete crap apps on the phone. I was able to free a lot of space by doing that. Now I have virtually no space on the phone and tried the same thing. I just have too much stuff and not enough space. I could get a 32GB iPhone but my contract isn't up until 2012. Luckily the stuff I deleted on my iPhone for the most part are backed up on my Mac. Too bad I can't buy anything for a while. As for the music, I use pandora but I don't want to use that instead of the songs stored on the device because I won;t always be in a place with wifi or even 3G for that matter. [Take the subway in NYC and you will know why!] So, is there anything else I can do that I missed or am I doomed? As for the iCloud, it will help some but again, the music is the only exception. Now is the time I wish there is a 64GB iPhone in the works! |

Sadly you can't magically get more storage inside the iPhone, you either have enough space or you don't. If you've deleted everything you don't need and still have literally no space then you'll either have to deal with it or upgrade to a higher capacity iPhone somehow. Makes you wish you could simply slide in an SD card, right? |
