How to submit a video to the lockergnome youtube channel?

I'm putting a video together based on an article in the Lockergnome Daily News Letter about creating custom Windows 7 Icons. How do I submit it to the lockergnome channel on youtube?

make sure it has the lockergnome.com water-mark and then filemail it chris

E-Mail the File to Chris.

Of course if you're going to e-mail it to him don't e-mail it through Hotmail or Gmail or any other e-mail provider. Instead use a service like this: http://bit.ly/kV7Nfo - this will ensure it gets to him a lot quicker and you won't have to wait hours for it to attach to an e-mail.
