Empire Avenue Advice

I just started empire avenue last night and am hooked. However, I'm not sure who to invest in or how much to invest. For instance, I know I want to invest in those who have the highest dividends for the lowest possible price. Where can I look to find smart investment opportunities? I would appreciate any advice/tips for beginners.
