Rumours have it that facebook could be getting ready to include Skype powered video chat which is embedded into the site itself.

I personally like the idea of video and/or audio chat. It frees up my hands to do other things and allows me to have a more natural and engaging conversation with people. I do however think that some people will be reluctant to try video chat as it shows...well...their REAL face and not the face from posed pictures at parties etc.

Yes, Skype is already out there but this will be readily available to such a large base of people being the largest social network, without the need of having to install a program or register an account.

Will you use it and how do you think the community will react?

ONly if they fix the issues that people are having with the chat. That's the only time I'll ever consider it. I already have MSN and Skype for chatting.
