Just go out of your house, hang out with you friend's and remember your goad old times which will really make you laugh hardly, play outdoor games, it will help you less addicted to computer. Meditate. It's the easiest way to relax, there are many ways to do it, and it's free.
I have meditated almost every day for the last 15 years.
Sometimes in this world of fast-paced living, stress, confusion, and conundrum, it's the only way to truly escape it for as long as you wish to, without the need for alcohol, drugs, etc.

Go on vacation to a beach and just chill. Or do what I do and just go somewhere warm on the beach and look out at the ocean from the pool. :) Just listen to the waves, without being in the salt water. That is my idea of being relaxed.
