google plus invite help

ok so someone invited me to google+ :D but i have the problem that when i click join it just directs me to the google+ homepage. anyone know whats going on?

I already am on Google+ but the invites are throttled so just keep trying at different times. You will get in eventually. Google is trying to keep the system from getting overwhelmed.

ahh ok thanks so should i just refresh the g+ homepage or keep clicking join?
