Does not look real at all. Person is playing Modern Warfare 2, has headphones and shades on. I doubt this is a PS4 trailer. Probably a very well crafted fan trailer.

I don't think it is that well crafted. It doesn't even show what the "ps4" looks like. I put "ps4" in quotes because they may change the name of it.
