I would use Facebook's built-in capacity to download your data. In your account settings, a link exists to download all of your status updates, photos, messages, and more. You can then upload all of the photos to Google+. The only downside, your friends' names are listed, but none of their profile information. It won't help with rebuilding your social graph on G+.
