It's expensive, but not necessarily too expensive. I do think the tech support is expensive, but they really provide service. I've spent hours on the phone with intrepid Apple tech support people. They work until the issue gets resolved. That's worth a premium.

That is 100% false! Apples machines use quality components unlike some of the stuff cheap pc's have that break on first use!

Sometimes yes, but for what your getting its a decent price. The only thing I think is overpriced is the iPad.

Personally, I think they are very overpriced. OK, so they say that they use quality products, fine, but they are not worth so much more than others. I have rarely had issues with my Windows based PC. As long as people keep paying the price for that Apple logo however, they will not come down. Let sales drop significantly and see how fast the prices drop.

I think they are a little bit too expensive but it keeps the products somewhat exclusive meaning the price could be higher still.

In my opinion apples ipods are all perfectly priced and the ipad can out at a reasonable price. There computers however are a little high priced considering the hardware compared to windows but I always get a better experience with mac computers over windows so i'm willing to pay the extra. Another point people miss though is software is not cheap for good programs and with a mac you get programs for a lot of the stuff you want to do form making music to checking your mail.

Yeah, pretty much. Just look at the prices for Macbooks! I could get a much better PC for the price of that!
