What Android smartphone would you get?

Today I finally decided to pay the ETF and cancel my contract with AT&T. Now I'm free to get a new smartphone on any carrier, preferably an Android smartphone. The max amount I have for a smartphone is $200, so I can't really get any of those 4G LTE phone on Verizon. Other than that, what Android smartphone's do you recommend?
