According to Wikipedia, Google probably has upwards of 450,000 servers. Since Google owns YouTube the two services are probably all hosted in Google's data centers. Facebook probably doesn't have nearly as many as Google though. Probably less than 50,000.

From 2009:

" The search giant’s server count has long been the focus of speculation. There’s a widely circulated estimate of 450,000 servers, but that number is at least three years old. If it was ever accurate, it certainly isn’t anymore, given Google’s data center building spree. Google’s recently revealed container data center holds more than 45,000 servers, and that’s a single facility built in 2005."

"Google has around 1 million servers. The exact number of servers used by Google is still kept a secret. It is an assumption by experts based on the data processing capability and architecture used by Google to manage it's data centers"

I bet each server has over 9000 server racks for their service.

Facebook has 30,000 estimated.

Youtube has probably 3-5 times more
