Is their a little adapter that you plug the VGA in and it will export that video into a composite signal or S-Video? What I am wanting to do put my computer on an older TV that doesn't support VGA.

There are, but disclaimer, not all video cards will support it. Only a select amount video cards will be able to send the video content to the pc without some converter box. There are adapters that will somewhat do if compatible, or converter box that will do it no matter what.

Something like this will support 99% of the time (the 1% is mostly the malfunction of the product sometime) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00351VWKI/ref=cm_cr_asin_lnk

Or better http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3877499&CatId=1430

I have used a couple hundred of these things over the years in a friends machine shop. Since VGA, composite & S-video are all analog there is 99.99% chance of no hiccups.Just be sure to set resolution at 800x600.

Read the reviews, most say it will not work. Only a couple of video cards will support it. Only a few do.
