i have a HP desktop running windows 7 Ultimate, every time i start it in normal mode it says "starting windows" then it goes Blue Screen and gives me 0X000000019 BAD POOL HEADER or something. so i start it in safe mode and get the same thing then i start safe mode again and it works. i downloaded some programs but they cant run in safe mode, i cant find the drivers online to replace them. i downloaded the windows 7 repair iso off utorrent, im about to just back up my PC on my terabyte and erase everything ive been here for three hours trying to see videos and google everything. i need help please.

acquire a LiveCD or something and back up all your data to external storage. You could use a LinuxLiveCD for instance this will function as a OS, but this one will be boot of a cd or dvd. I suppose that a small amount of the blue screen happening around the world will be fixed by the Windows OS itself, so you might have to blame Microsoft for this.

But backing up your data and re-installing windows will actually do the job, but then again, you do have to install all your software again. From experience; that's sometimes a lot of work.
