I don't know since it hasn't been released. However, I can imagine it having more memory, a Thunderbolt port and more storage.

Hopefully more memory. Not a fan of the low amount of storage capacity allowed...

If you didn't have the flash memory, people would be complaining about it being too slow.

I'm not complaining about it having flash, I'm complaining on how much space it had. I would gladly pay a lot more for bigger storage capacity.

Thunderbolt
128GB minimum storage
2-8GB of RAM
i3, i5, and possibly i7 (maybe Apple will make the move to their own A5 processor)
Backlit Keyboard
Intel HD Graphics 3000 possibly with AMD Radeon HD 6490M with 256-512MB of VRAM
Lion
Same battery performance
Lack of Flash out-of-the-box
Who knows what else!

With the their current price point it seems that these should come with at least 4GB of ram. DDR3 is cheap and there is no real reason to start at such a low 2GB.
