HTC Evo 4G Mobile Hotspot

Question

In a Number of videos Chris has said that he uses his HTC Evo 4G, as a Mobile Hotspot.'

 I just wanted to know how he did that.

Did he Root it.
Does Sprint give him access to do this.
Is he paying for this.

Or maybe something else, Thank You.

I know that, But Chris has At&t how is he getting service is he paying to Sprint to?

Perhaps he has multiple devices with multiple carriers because he is in the tech industry. It is in his best interest to have different devices so he can be knowledgeable on the many different services, devices, etc. Just a guess on my part.

Yes, he may use more than one services from different operators. And also he has to pay of the extra services as i am doing. I have downloaded an iphone shame alarm application in $0.99 to wake-up on time each morning. So there is always a charge for each & every utility.
