Would it be a good idea to have a re-life button beside your question. the re-life button would pretty much just repost your question with the same stats as it already had. Because some good questions dont get answered and some questions people want other people to see more of it. Good idea?

Do you mean repost it to the top of the fron page? It sounds good, but probably would be heavily abused.

Maybe you can use it 5 times then you have to wait a a while and or you have to have a karma level to re-life them

It is easier to just bump your post by editing your question or something.

The button as you described it sounds like a spamming tool but I believe what you meant to ask is how to bump your question to the top of the page, here's a 4 step process to do that:

  1. Click "add new comment" button below your username.
  2. Type anything you want in the Text Box.
  3. Click the "comment" button next to the Text Box.
  4. Hit the "x" button next to your comment.

This will bump your question to the top of the "All Questions" page without leaving a "bump comment" but as a side effect, your username will appear near the question showing you posted something(which moderators and admins can see) so don't abuse this. I was going to make an illustration of how to this but my PC froze due to MS Paint sucking and me having to use the "PrintScreen" key to capture an image from my browser which is because of my hate for Screen Shot Browser extensions.

As far as the button idea goes, I like the intended purpose but i'd rather see a button that let's people bump their questions on a limited basis like the "report" hyperlink.

Then, I support it, but you should edit your question.

Yeah, having a re-life button would be an awesome idea, but most people would just overuse it.
