Google Chrome Shock wave Crashes

I have Google Chrome 12.0.742.122 on a windows 7 home premium laptop. every day the Shock Wave crashes... I am not sure what cases the problem... i have noticed that the Shock wave crashes when the Kontera ads pop up on sites like this one... I NEED HELP PLZ!!!

It might be because of Google's new flash plugin that they are building. I've had this problem on my Cr-48 but not my Windows computer running Chrome. Type about:plugins and search for either Chrome native client or multiple versions of flash. Try disabling all of them beside Adobe's flash. Restart your browser. If you still have problems, or a different problem, enable all the plugins again.
