As the title says, Windows 7 continually minimizes my games when in full screen. Now, I'm usually pretty tech savy and thought "ok, my laptop isn't the best but it can still run games. Maybe the GPU?". Nope. I figured this out because even when games aren't in full screen they sometimes become unselected. As well as just about any other window I've been on for a few minutes. Chrome just did it now... This is beyond irritating. And I also wanted to mention if I watch something like YouTube in full screen the task bar will come up in the middle of the video sometimes as well. I am almost 100% positive it's a software issue like something has more control than a game or a regular window. If you search this problem on Google it's always software related. Now, I wanted to make something clear. All of the sites say AVG (an antivirus) does it. I HAVE NOT, AND PROBABLY WILL NEVER USE AVG JUST BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!!! I do however use Norton 360. Could this be doing it? Any ways thank you in advance for your help :) ~James |

I had this problem when I used Win7. I never had it using XP or even Vista. I assume this is one of Win7's "features" that can be disabled somehow. |

Don't use Norton either, that's a bad move.
