Removing Hard Drives From Dell Studio

my dell studio is messing up so im taking out the HDD so i can get all my stuff off of them before i start a reboot, ive been able to get one HDD out but the other has a little connection that looks like it attaches to the mother board and im not sure how to disconnect it, any help?
