Tech Blog Advice!

You should have articles about what's new. People are interested in popular topics obviously. Have some good spelling and vocab. People will probably think you are a joke if you don't phrase things right or correctly rather. Have pictures so people can see what your are talking about. I think following those things would work. Also. Have people email articles so you can proofread them and post them after giving credit to them.
