Does anybody know where to get Adobe Premiere CS4 Trial?

I don't think that you'll be able to find a trial for Adobe Premiere CS4 that easily because Adobe have moved on to CS5 now.

www.prodesigntools.com > Downloads > Adobe Cs4 and Cs3 Trials > Download the files for Premiere Pro CS4 depending on the Operating system you are running.

Note: You need to start downloading the Cs5.5 trial first using Adobe Download Assistant and once you are signed in to that and Premiere Pro CS5.5 is downloading, you can start the download from Pro Design tools, just cancel the cs5.5 download.
