Are There Fast Motherboards w/o overclock?

Will choosing a H67 chipset with integrated graphics lower my computer's speed performance compared to a Z68 motherboard, that has both graphics and whatever the p67 offers besides overclock?

Because i would not want to overclock my cpu, im afraid that i will break it or mess up something internal that will cause problems in the future. But i have no experience in this. give me your opinions.

If you don't mess with OCing, and are primarily a non extreme power user all 3 mobos will perform similarly. The H67 mobo will only show a small speed/performance hit if you were using the core i3's built in video. So since you are using a core i5 you will be using a separate video card anyway.
