An interesting thought that popped into my head while browsing YouTube. Do you think military forces will be controlled through computers. Remote controlled robots? It would be like a giant game of Star Craft. Are lives really worth the risk? Do you think that something like this is under development? And I don't mean controlled air planes. I'm talking about full on robotic soldiers, maybe even an entire army. What are your thoughts? |

I do believe that more and more bots will be in warfare, but I think a lot of it's going to be cyber warfare. It's going to be a huge war that's in computers. China hacking USA... Imagine how devastating it would be if we couldn't use Lockergnome.net to be able to consider the possibilities... |
|
Eventually, maybe... As AI and precision increase there will be more and more things robots can do... I do, however, believe that there will always be need for humans in war... We'll probably just see more robots... |

Well as advancement of robotics progresses, I'm sure it could happen. |

Armies already are controlled by computers. When a general gives a command, a computer[communication device or messaging device] is used to do it. As far as using robots in wars, I doubt that will happen anytime soon because that might lower the death count and piss off our genocidal leaders that organize the wars. |

Think about in the matrix..... ik its a movie but an army of robots vs ppl, robots can repair eachother use solar power move quicker, they're silent obident expendabl cmon of course lol and 1 factory is all you need no ppl to worry but the commander or what if AI is already being used the possblilities are endless and very grim |
