I have some questions about desktop computer fans. i was looking up prices and couldnt compare the twoo types of fans.

one type was Industrial fans, the other way Case Fans. They looked the same size. what is the difference?

Also. i saw there was 92mm, 80mm, 60mm, 120mm. what is the difference between those? and what ones mostly run quiet

92mm, 80mm, 60mm, 120mm are different sizes of fans. There are way larger than that, I have a 220mm in my case and it's not the biggest. What you should look for is the CFM (Cubic feet per minute) or any other value of airflow like cubic meter per hour and such. The higher this number is the more air the fan can push in. In most cases the smaller the fan the louder it gets, the reason for this is that the sound from a small fan is more high pitched than from a bigger fan. So even if the bigger fan has a higher dB you wont hear it as much. Generally the bigger fans are better for intake/outtake while the smaller fans are better for cooling specific elements like a heatsink.
