Does anyone know if Chris is going to make a Lockergnome app for the Mac AppStore? I think that it would be a great idea but that is just my opinion. |

I honestly don't think Chris knows many developing languages (outside of the web). I can't see a reason to have a Lockergnome app when there's a fully functional website (with RSS). Yeah I can understand that. I just figured that an app would be more convenient I guess. I am the type of person who likes things to be convenient which is I will admit not a good thing at times. I don't really understand how having a separate app would be more convenient then a website inside of a tab? 1
True, an app for the Mac Appstore seems like a pointless idea. I would like to see a mobile app though! 1
You should try Fluid if you want to have a Lockergnome app on your Mac. Fluid lets you "download" websites so that you can view them just like you would view an app. |

Well, I would be willing to make him a WP7, WebOS or whatever App. I say no to iOS unless he pays for Dev Acct. |

This site is based on the OSQA Open platform. While there has been thoughts of using this site on a mobile device, we feel like having a mobile version is more preferable than an app that only works on one mobile OS. If you want to see more and help get it developed for all OSQA platform (that runs this site) see http://lockergnome.net/questions/2323/should-there-be-a-mobile-version-of-this-site |
