Power user is a very arbitrary term. I would define a power user, loosely, as someone who actually uses the capabilities of their computer to the fullest extent. Someone who plays videogames on the family PC is not really a power user. Someone who uses their computer to create code, virtualize operating systems and networks is what I class as a power user. There are those who I would class as non-technical power users - folks who know how to utilize the multitasking benefits of their systems to become more productive in a non-technical business environment.
