I bought this HUMMINBIRD Marine Band Radio. It has a rechargeable battery and I've searched Google for along time and can't find the battery model no. or a charger. This radio has been discontinued so that doesn't help but here is the unit model no. it self. The battery is 12v and 600mAh Model No. HUMMINBIRD VHF5 Marine Band Radio

I know we're talking about a different category of products here, but once I broke my charger for my Dell Inspiron 7500, which is a machine built for Windows 98. The laptop was looooooooooooooooooooooooong since discontinued when it happened, but I phoned Dell anyway, and they mailed me a new charger asap. So, maybe you could call the manufacturer and see if they can send you a custom made charger for it. Try that and maybe they will. Awesome. I've never heard of this company though so hopefully their customer support is as good as Dell's. I'm sure they will help you somehow. Also I just saw this posted as a comment on the facebook post to this question.
