You know that full caps is the same as screaming? If not now you do, please don't use full caps again unless you're angry or really feel the need to scream online.

It greatly depends on your needs, and requirements. If you travel a lot, and want to take this thing around with you, but are willing to sacrifice some power for portability, then I would say the Macbook would be better. If you are at your desk most of the time, and need a huge screen for applications, need more power, speed, etc. I would recommend the iMac 27".

which is best for what? Portability? That would be the iMac. Power, Macbook.

^Joke! You have to ask more then just Which is Best Macbook or iMac. And I'm sure theres a bunch of these questions on Lockergnome try the search.

Apples. They last longer and don't have all those sections and fiberous stuff. Now if you asked, apple juice or orange juice, I'll go orange juice every time.

Dude. You can do that with either of them. Really it's just a case of if you want to be able to bring it with you to places or not.

iMac = Power but stationary.

MacBook = Still has power (But not as much) but is very portable.

It's simple.

This depends on what you need. If you never need to do computing away from your home/office then the iMac is a better deal. If you need to be mobile then the MacBook Pro is better. Actually, it is the only option. A lot of people are getting laptops because they are powerful enough for what most people use them for.

Personally, I don't really have a need for a laptop. My iPhone does most of what I need on the road. I would rather buy a cheaper machine that has more upgradability, more power, and that gorgeous 27" iMac.

Also, you can buy a powerful macbook pro, (wont be as powerful as the iMac) then just buy the Thunderbolt display.

So you can travel with a laptop or dock it in your office.
