Have you heard anything about Google's API? If yes, do share!

Lot of people ask where the Google+ API is and why hasn't it been released yet but I decided to break it up and see how hard would it be to make my own basic App, so I documented a bit of it and programming source code coming soon but in the meantime, check out what I have for now and I tried to paste my writings here but due to some tags, I just couldn't paste here.
