Apple can legally claim copyright, though it is kind of untheoredical because you are still promoting apple's product and name.

Though I still recommend not to upload it.

Plus, he'd be advertising Apple for free. If I was in charge of Apple, I'd pay those peeps who have posted my ads without my knowledge.

Apple doesn't need free advertising and they won't see it as such. For better or for worse.

They might clam copyright, but I think they'd probably mollusk copyright first.

They can and most likely will remove it. Just about every major company can't see the free advertisement in these type of uploads. If a commercial video of them makes it on Youtube and get thousands of views (which is what a commercial is intended for) they will remove it because they didn't place it.

Also if an other TV show wants to use there products in a way that would only promote it they'd still get it taken down. As specially with Apple you will have to be extremely careful about what you post because changes are that they will have it taken down or try to sue you (only on the absolute extreme cases).

I wouldn't post it if I were you.
