How this though, I bought fallout 3 and all the dlc for my xbox 360 a couple of years ago. Now I only really play on my PC and I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for the game all over again so I shall probably torrenting it soon. I don't feel by doing this I am doing anything morally wrong?

Technically, even if it is the same game but on a different console, it's a different product as it's obviously optimised for that console. So you should really be prepared to pay again.

It is illegal I'll give it that, but I don't think it's morally wrong. Many companies are realizing this issue and offer their games on both platforms via steam.

Maybe you should just keep playing that game on the 360, then you won't have to buy it or steal it.
