I just bought a 2.4GHz early 2008 white MacBook on craigslist for $250 (epic deal). The only problem is that the charger is bad. I just bought a MacBook Pro, so I have a 60W charger that I can use, but I want to get another MagSafe to use when I bring the MacBook to school with me next week. On Apple's website, the charger sells for $79.99, which I think is insane. I'm looking at one on eBay from a pretty reputable seller. Does anybody know of another place where I can get a 60W MagSafe for under $50? Thanks!

that looks to be a fake. Just saying. I mean yeah it may be a MagSafe adapter, but it's probably a cheap Chinese one.

I don't think that it is made by Apple, but I have bought a few things from this website, including a 30-pin dock connecter and they have worked just fine. I think that the only way that you are going to find a cheap one from Apple is to get one used or refurbished. I have heard that this is a hard thing to find for a good deal.

The only potential problem that I see is that this is an 80W, and he was looking for a 60W. Whether or not this will cause problems, I don't know.

It could potentially cause problems, but the brick (hopefully) has the ability to kick the output voltages down to the appropriate voltage.

Ebay. That's where I got the one I have now. It was cheaper than Amazon. Although it was a year ago so I don't remember exactly, but I know it was around $10 less than I could find on Amazon.
