Can't install Windows 7 from my XP laptop! Could somebody help me with the problem?

I have an xp laptop from Acer and I have a problem where I can't install Windows 7 to the pc. Every time I install it this error comes up alt text for some reason I can not get this problem fixed and I do not know how to fix it. I come to this site because I know that you can help me and try to get my problem working again

I might need somebody to connect to my computer with TeamViewer and check it out. I am going nowhere when I try to fix the problem with installing this Windows 7

You have to boot to the installation disc, not the OS that is on your hard drive. I said this several times in my other post. When you turn on your computer, go to the BIOS by hitting the Delete key or one of the function keys at the top of your keyboard. Change the boot order so your disc drive is the first one it tries. Then, save your settings and reboot. When it reads the disc, it will say "Press any key to boot from cd/dvd". This will get you what you need.
