youtube slowness dont blame your ISP. blame the youtube trolls that hammer it when a new justin beiber video is posted or popular and viral videos are getting viewed

Can someone tell me how to by pass the uTube throttle (i.e fttp, or save a utube video via torrent)? I'm not sure any of these will work considering my ISP gives 90% of bandwidth to the gov_accounts. So what are the alternatives (back to microwave dish?)

i am a victim of p2p throttling. My ISP says I should be getting 300kbs-500kbs that is what i get when i speed test my browser using http://dslreports.com/speedtest However when i use p2p/fttp service i only see 2kbs-4kps in the download speed status. My ISP uses ipv6 andso i am pretty sure it is happen on this side of the pond. Is there any method for tricking the download to go faster? Ubuntu takes all night just to update.
My WIFI goes in and out on my XP laptop. 2 Answers
