I was wondering, is there an alternative to Wirecast? because I need a software to fade cameras and output to a virtual webcam driver. I am using Windows 7.

Thanks for your feedback,

Jan

Best program ever, but it is going to cost money soon. :(

Only a few quid. Well worth it.

I use XSplit... but once I start recording, after a few fades, it looses the audio video sync. That really annoys me... Too bad there is not going to be a free version. Although if there will be one day it will be very limited, like WebcamMax when running in trial mode. Thanks for your answers and comments... much is appreciated.

Talking about XSplit, do you know exactly what the Skype interaction is? thanks once again

The skype thing is basically like having a virtual webcam.

I've enabled it, does it mean that instead of capturing the screen for a skype video call, I could get the video feed directly from skype to xsplit?
