What do you think will happen with the future of the show? I personally think they should get a manager just like him, and "Michael" will still do guest appearances, mainly to show how his life with Holly is going and how he is continuing outside of The Office Workspace. Any thoughts and ideas are accepted.

From what they did with D'angelo Viccars or what ever his name is i'm probally not going to want to watch it any more steve carell's humor was unique and either going in another direction with James spader or get another guy just like him its going to be a huge rock to jump over with the cast acclimated to the michael scott attitude the show is going to be off center of what The Office is.

I think the show will go on fine, because personally I though Michael wasn't that funny. It was the other characters reacting to him and making fum of him that made me laugh. I think the best part of the show is the back-and-forth between Dwight and Jim. As long as that kind of stuff continues, I will continue to watch. And I don't think they should look for a replacement Michael, as anyone else just doesn't seem right for the role. If they try to replace him, everyone will be disappointed and let down. I think they should go in a new direction with the manager. I don't know what though, just something different to change things up and keep it fresh.
