Alright, so I know you can annotate and highlight in iBooks on the iPad app, but I was wondering if you could do the same on the iPhone app. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, don't be a hater!

Yes you can. It works the same exact way. And don't worry about people being haters. That's one thing this site is very lacking in. So that's why I like it here.
