I am looking for a program to use on Ustream to show my desktop and my webcam at the same time and I am looking for a program that would let me do that! I know there is Webcammax and Wirecast but I can not afford to go out and get them so is there any ways I could do it for free?

On a mac, to broadcast, camtwist is by far the best (and free). To record your screen on a mac, quicktime is the best.
