Windows update erorr?

0	So i have a computer running on windows 7 and I try to update to get The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 but I get a erorr code 57. What do i do? erorr 57 code asked Aug 25 '11 at 23:41 bboyhurricane 146●66●72●75

There's a link on that page to download .NET framework 3.5 service pack 1. So download & install it that way rather than via Windows Update.

I've experienced times with .NET Framework updates where they fail with Windows Update. and updating it manually has worked for me (granted I've not done so on 7 because this computer is from 2007 and came with Vista)

I had same problem. You can fix it by going on windows update page and manually download update and install it. Worked for me it should for you to.
