Quicktime Crash when trying to reopen windows Mac OS X Lion

So, when trying to open Quicktime, it just flat quits. Then when trying to open it again, I get this message.

Crashes in both instances. I've checked Apple's software update, nothing, and I believe this could be a case of trying to open a movie that I deleted.

Thoughts?
